Patrick Kennedy has joined the company as VP of Sales and Tyler Christiansen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Patrick joins from Qualtrics, the Utah-based tech giant, and will be working alongside Tyler, industry vet Stephanie Brown and the company’s revenue team to grow the footprint of its national multifamiily product, Funnel.

Patrick’s impressive background in both business and law make him a unique player in the industry. Graduating from Stetson University with both his JD and MBA, Patrick has had experiences in defending individuals against unfair trade practices, as well as establishing strong business relationships in companies such as Verizon Wireless, Entrata, and Qualtrics. His innate ability to care about people has led him to blow through sales quotas year after year as an RVP at Entrata, and even improve the experiences of citizens interacting with the government, as an Enterprise Account Executive at Qualtrics.
In parallel to Patrick’s arrival, Nestio has appointed Tyler Christiansen as Chief Operating Officer. Tyler joined the company in November 2018 as Chief Revenue Officer and has been instrumental in introducing the Funnel product to a national multifamily audience. Tyler will continue leading the revenue organization and now expand his scope company-wide to set the foundation for the company’s continued expansion.
