After nearly 15 years in real estate development and private equity, Poonam launched StealthForce to solve a fundamental inefficiency in resourcing for real estate investment insights and human capital. Having worked with small local developers as well as international multi-billion dollar investors, and having led asset management efforts around the globe, she recognized a universal need. Drawing on experience as the 13th employee at The Gerson Lehrman Group (the first expert network, focused on public investors, now valued at over a billion dollars), as well as over a decade in real estate development and investing, she launched StealthForce as the real estate investment industry's answer to the Gig Economy. A Harvard undergraduate and Wharton MBA, she was previously Global Deputy to the Head of Real Estate Asset Management for Partners Group, a $40 billion global private equity fund. She has been seen in The New York Times, Inc. Magazine, Harvard Business Review, Commercial Observer, Exame Brasil and more, and is also an author who has published four books in five languages which have been printed worldwide.
StealthForce is the gig economy of real estate; a resource and project management platform for CRE. We are revolutionizing insight resourcing via an army of real estate investment consultants and an arsenal of innovative technological tools (which we match with real estate stakeholders for everything from building a financial model to joining the board of a REIT) deployed through a proprietary resource & project management platform designed around the workflows of real estate. We enable real estate stakeholders large and small (developers, lenders, REITS, family offices, corporate real estate teams, accounting teams, startups, etc.) to scale their resources according to deal flow, and test new technologies without long-term contracts, freeing them from the burden of bloated payrolls and onerous integrations, and allowing professionals to focus on their true passions within real estate. The SAAS strategy is driven by CTO Prasad Thammineni, former Head of the Mortgage Marketplace at Trulia, and the founder of five prior companies. The pair met while students in business school at Wharton.
