Arthur Online, part of Aareon Group, acquires TILT Property Software

Arthur, part of the Aareon Group, has acquired TILT Property Software (RentPro Ltd and Curo Software Ltd), providers of property management software in the U.K.

Tilt was one of the first PropTechs providing property management software in the British market. With its three different platforms – Origin, Elevate and Affinity – Tilt offers a comprehensive web-based software package for property management. Tilt’s customers are small and medium-sized property managers, real estate agents and social-housing companies.


Arthur, a London, UK based company, offers SaaS property management solutions which brings together Property Managers, Property Owners, Tenants and Contractors in one single platform. Via its suite of integrations Arthur streamlines its clients’ property management processes from start to finish. The company, launched in 2015, has over 1,000 clients managing ca. 90,000 units. Arthur was acquired by Aareon in January 2021.


Following the recent acquisitions of Arthur Online and Fixflo in the UK, Aareon is further enhancing its position in the British market for small and medium-sized property managers. The acquisition of Tilt forms part of Arthur's growth plans and will allow add further value to the clients of both Arthur and Tilt.

The IT company, headquartered in Mainz, Germany, is a subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG, which holds 70% of the shares. 30% of the shares are owned by Advent International.
