SAN FRANCISCO--()--HelloOffice, the technology-powered commercial real estate brokerage making the search for office space seamless and intelligent, today announced five key hires to launch its third regional office and lead workplace strategy services.

The company’s new Silicon Valley office will be run by Jon Moeller, former Executive Vice President at CBRE. Throughout his career, Moeller has completed transactions in excess of $10 billion in value and 16 million square feet, and has advised hundreds of iconic technology companies. Jon will be joined by long time business partner Jenny Kuang, who will serve as HelloOffice’s Head of Broker Operations. Together, they bring nearly 40 years of combined experience to HelloOffice Silicon Valley.

“The modern office is evolving. This has never been more apparent than in 2020, where brokerages have to quickly respond to the needs of businesses and pivot alongside them,” said Moeller, Managing Director of HelloOffice Silicon Valley. “I’m thrilled to join a team with years of experience in both technology and real estate, and look forward to advising companies through the new future of work.”

“Expanding our geographic footprint to Silicon Valley comes at a critical juncture where tech companies are embracing or experimenting with a hybrid workplace,” said Justin Bedecarre, CEO, HelloOffice. “We’ve seen our high-touch, high-tech model prove successful in San Francisco and Los Angeles, so we’re excited to have Jon and Jenny aboard to pave the way for tech giants throughout the Valley.”

In conjunction, the company has also hired Jen Nguyen and Julija Costantino, co-founders of Teamwerc, to expand HelloOffice’s workplace strategies, as well as Bonnie Bibra, former Head of Global Workplace Services at Pinterest. The three workplace leaders have an extensive track record building hyper-growth, inclusive, and award-winning workplaces at Pinterest, Zynga, Tesla Motors, Linkedin and SAP Successfactors. The new team will focus on helping companies implement the hybrid workplace, including strategies around the ongoing workplace experience, return to office guidelines, recruiting, technology implementation, procurement, design, wellness, and more.

“Our move to the Silicon Valley, along with launching workplace services, positions HelloOffice as the best way to find, design, and run workplaces built for the modern workplace era,” said Bedecarre.

HelloOffice, which recently completed their $20M Series A funding, is using its technology platform to transform traditional commercial brokerage services into a full stack, end-to-end experience. By combining HelloOffice’s brokerage operations with workplace services, every vertical within HelloOffice will be focused on developing creative workplaces with cost-effective solutions for clients.

"Our companies share the same passion for building inspiring workplaces through teamwork and technology,” said former Teamwerc founder Jen Nguyen. “The workplace is a community of diverse people who come together to help their businesses grow. There is more value in this community than there’s ever been. HelloOffice has made investments in technology and its people, and is continuing to innovate and be the industry’s leader. Julija, Bonnie and I are excited to be part of HelloOffice’s next chapter of growth."
