What's your take on trade shows? Of course, getting up on stage is great, but are booths at trade shows worthwhile in your opinion? (i.e. OPTech Expo, The Cooperator, BuildingsNY, etc.)

I'm the co-founder of Brick Work which provides commercial development feasibility reports based in Los Angeles but we're trying to expand to other cities. We have a MVP and paying users and raising post seed capital. What is your advice in finding CRE tech seed investors? We mostly see venture capitalists but they only want to see us when we get to Series A.
