Andrew is recovering consultant turned serial entrepreneur, startup mentor and angel investor. He is the Managing Director at Dreamit, currently in charge of the UrbanTech accelerator program. Andrew has also written for Fortune, Forbes, Propmodo, CREtech, Builders Online, Architect Magazine, Multifamily Executive, AlleyWatch, et. al.

Andrew has founded two companies and has a keen appreciation for how hard it is to build a successful startup, even under the best of circumstances. He speaks Hebrew fluently as well as some Spanish, French, Japanese and JavaScript.

Karen Hollinger is Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and is responsible for leading large strategic corporate initiatives. She also is point on innovation initiatives in development, construction and property operations and for venture-capital investment.

Prior to this position, Ms. Hollinger has led several functions and departments at AvalonBay, most recently as the VP of Information Services where she served as the lead executive for all applications, infrastructure and IT strategy for the organization. Ms. Hollinger also spent several years as a VP, National Operations with responsibility for establishing and managing the Customer Care Center in Virginia Beach, VA, a large industry-leading shared services center. Ms. Hollinger joined the AvalonBay organization in 2001 as a Director in the Human Resources Department.

Prior to AvalonBay, Ms. Hollinger was a Senior Manager at KPMG, with a partnership focused on accounting systems and IT strategy with clients in the US and in developing countries. As part of this position, Ms. Hollinger started and led KPMG's IT consulting practice in Beijing, China and led other long-term technology strategy engagements in Guam, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Bosnia, Thailand and Georgia.

Ms. Hollinger received a degree in Finance from William & Mary, with highest honors. As part of her involvement in real estate, she has served as the Chair for both NMHC's Innovation Committee and their Systems Technology & Management Committee and has spoken at many conferences on matters related to technology or proptech in the US and abroad. She also often acts as a judge at real estate start-up venture competitions. 

Alec Page is a Vice President at early-stage rent tech-focused RET Ventures, where he invests in early stage software and hardware companies in the in IoT, leasing & marketing, fintech, data science, and AI spaces, among others. Alec joined RET in 2017, from the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Originally from San Francisco, Alec is currently based in Park City, Utah, where he enjoys exploring the outdoors: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and skydiving.

Mitchell is an Executive Partner at Camber Creek where he is involved in all aspects of the business including selecting portfolio companies to invest in, and then cultivating and growing them. Prior to Camber Creek, Mitchell was President of Vornado/Charles E. Smith, the DC division of Vornado Realty Trust, a $20 billion real estate investment trust. In that role, he directed the strategy, performance and growth of Vornado’s extensive 20+ million square foot portfolio in the Washington DC region. With more than 35 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate, Mitchell brings to Camber Creek a wealth of investing and operating expertise across a broad range of verticals, including development, leasing, construction and property management.

Allison is a growth-stage investor at Bain Capital Ventures in New York focused on the fintech and proptech sectors. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Allison was a management consultant at Bain & Company. She worked on M&A advisory, growth strategy, performance improvement and private equity consulting. Allison was also on the business operations team at Springboard, a San Francisco-based edtech startup.

Allison is a Virginia native and graduated with a degree in finance and management from the University of Virginia, where she was a Jefferson Scholar.
