UPDATED, May 16, 8:00 p.m.: Commercial property software startup Workframe raised $9.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Newmark Knight Frank, the companies announced Wednesday.

MetaProp NYC’s venture capital arm and Venrock also participated in the round. Workframe did not disclose its post-funding valuation.

Workframe, founded in 2016, is an online platform that allows major tenants and office landlords to track their workflow, communicate with each other and oversee interior construction work, among other functions.

Robert Moore, the company’s CEO, said the startup will use the money for staffing and product development.

Moore founded the company with Matthew Smith and Andy Parsons. Dan Suozzi, a former broker at JLL and director of real estate at Regus, is the firm’s chief revenue officer.

Newmark, which went public in December, recently led a $70 million funding round for WeWork rival Knotel.

Correction: an earlier version of the post incorrectly described Suozzi as a co-founder.
