“DeVon’s experience in design, sustainability, planning, and construction management aligns perfectly with our mission to empower and support our clients as we help them address their current and future challenges,” Michael Glatt, vice chairman and North American head of project management at Savills, said in a statement.

Prioleau graduated from Cornell University and Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and previously worked for AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. and project management firm Turner & Townsend. He also started his own consultancy firm, Pri-o-leau Development Group, in 2007, where he has worked on projects of up to 1.5 million square feet.

Aside from his real estate work, Prioleau also serves on Community Board 10 in the Bronx.

“Macro’s proven ability to ‘see around corners’ and anticipate change has enabled Macro to earn its reputation as industry leaders — and will continue to do so,” Prioleau said in a statement. “Equally exciting for me is joining the Macro and Savills team, being part of their unparalleled culture of learning, and enacting positive change in local neighborhoods.”
