Stonal, the European leader in property operations SaaS platforms, has secured a $22 million funding round led by RAISE Investissement to fuel its expansion. This investment aims to propel Stonal towards its goal of reaching a $100 million revenue milestone in the European real estate SaaS market by 2027. Robin Rivaton, a renowned VC investor and proptech expert, has joined the company as CEO.

Founded in 2017 by Michel Tolila and Jean-Maurice Oudot, Stonal empowers efficient management of commercial and residential buildings through its comprehensive SaaS platform. Leveraging AI technology, Stonal offers decision-making modules for ESG reporting, financial analysis, and maintenance planning, aiding in increased returns, improved productivity, and asset value preservation.

With a track record of profitability and $11 million in revenues in 2021, Stonal serves over 130 clients across Europe, managing a combined portfolio exceeding 200 million sqm. The investment from RAISE Investissement will enable Stonal to further enhance its product and technology platform, expand into key markets like Germany and the United Kingdom, and grow its team by adding 50 talented professionals.

Stonal's ambition is underpinned by the urgent need for real estate asset owners and managers to optimize operational performance and adapt to evolving sustainability standards. Robin Rivaton's appointment as CEO brings valuable expertise and leadership to drive Stonal's rapid growth and innovation in the proptech sector.
