Venture Hotel, a product of the company Tribe Theory, wants to provide affordable accommodations to early entrepreneurs and startups in burgeoning tech markets like Southeast Asia, where rates can average $180 per night. The concept, which is currently only available in Singapore, offers shared dorm rooms, co-working spaces, free WiFi, breakfast and newspapers, as well as laundry service, CNBC reports.

Venture Hotel is the brainchild of former JPMorgan Chase banker Vikram Bharati, who founded the hotel while backpacking across 50 countries and working with early stage investments at venture capitalist firm REAPRA. Venture Hotel is also backed by REAPRA.

Bharati intends to launch four more Tribe Theory hotels in the next year in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Berlin and Estonia, CNBC reports.
