    Habi, a real-estate company that is trying to create a digital marketplace for home buyers and sellers in Latin America, has raised $200 million in a Series C funding round. The round was led by venture-capital firm Homebrew and SoftBank Latin America Fund. Though Habi won’t disclose its financials, the latest funding round has pushed its valuation above $1 billion, said Brynne McNulty Rojas, the company’s co-founder and chief executive.
