Entrata, the leading AI-powered operating system for the multifamily housing industry, has announced a strategic partnership with Amenify, a platform for residential lifestyle services. The goal: to redefine the resident experience by embedding on-demand, value-driven services directly within the Homebody RXP platform.

This collaboration comes at a time when residents are demanding more than just a physical living space—they want convenience, personalization, real-time support, and services that make daily life easier. According to Entrata, 85% of residents believe property managers have a direct impact on their lifestyle, and this partnership seeks to help communities deliver on those elevated expectations.

As part of the rollout, residents in communities using Homebody RXP will receive a $50 move-in credit and $20 monthly in service credits. These credits can be spent on trusted service providers for tasks like home cleaning, maintenance, dog walking, errands, and food or grocery delivery from over two million participating locations. Residents can manage these services—bookings, payments, ratings, and tips—seamlessly within the Homebody platform, creating a unified, app-based experience.

Entrata’s Head of Corporate Development, Stephanie Fuhrman, emphasized that Homebody RXP is not just an app but a lifestyle platform built around resident needs. The integration with Amenify allows for instant service bookings, transparent pricing, vetted professionals, concierge support, and AI-enabled quality controls—all from a single login.

Amenify CEO Everett Lynn highlighted that this partnership, long in the making, is designed to alleviate operational burdens on property managers while enriching resident satisfaction. By combining Entrata’s scale, AI capabilities, and user data with Amenify’s robust service infrastructure, the partnership enables new efficiencies and unlocks revenue streams for multifamily operators.

In essence, this collaboration streamlines fragmented service experiences into one cohesive ecosystem, enhancing the day-to-day lives of residents while helping property managers offer added value without extra effort.
