US PROPTECH CONFERENCE: 2021 Report
Technology and innovation has become table stakes at nearly every real estate conference and event. Since 2010, the global proptech industry has continued to grow. Along the way, the need for dedicated and curated proptech events. These event organizers, content creators, and promoters have become the de facto "educators" in organized real estate, curating content and education needed for the greater real estate industry.
In Q4 2021, the Center for Real Estate Technology (CRETI), wanted to better understand which proptech conferences in the United States had the most profound impact and what themes are most important to the industry. This report takes into account historical, present, and future event/conference performance based on the industry’s sentiment and survey response.
This report also is limited in geography and industry. Results were majority US-based and responses were majority commercial real estate based professionals.
