NavigatorCRE, an industry leading data management and data visualization SaaS company, welcomed Bobby Goodman as senior vice president, head of growth, Theresa Minarik as senior vice president of global marketing and Colin Joynt as the senior vice president of platform and operations. Joynt brings to NavigatorCRE years of industry experience in both the commercial real estate and software development verticals where he led transformational efforts in order to deliver scalable technology solutions to achieve complex business objectives. Minarik is a performance marketing leader experienced in managing robust omnichannel marketing strategies for start-ups which drive demand and deliver growth. She is highly skilled in leading and developing teams to be data-driven and media-forward.
Goodman joins NavigatorCRE with over 20 years of commercial real estate and technology expertise. He was the Co-Founder for Truss Holdings, where he built a technology enabled commercial real estate leasing marketplace before being acquired by Avison Young in 2020. Following the acquisition, he joined Swivel as their Chief Revenue Officer, where they achieved over 500% revenue growth in 2021.
