A great way to end 2012: CCIM’s Top CRE Tech Blog
CREtech Blog
A small group of us started The CRE App Review in January of 2012 with the goal of becoming the go-to source for all things CRE tech related. We all had something in common: the desire to encourage an increase in technological adoption throughout CRE. It is widely know that CRE is notoriously slow to adopt new technology, so we knew we were taking a leap of faith that there were others out there with the same desire and interest.
The CRE App Review was just voted the Top CRE Tech Blog for 2012 by CCIM's Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine subscribers. We would like to take a moment to celebrate 12 months of hard work:
Now that that is out of the way, we've got couple folks to thank:
Chris Clark, aka CREOutsider, is a one-woman CRE tech source in her own right and even has her own blog. But every so often, she takes time out to deliver some of our best content. Many thanks Chris!
Dave Lewand, founder of CREgrow and 3DCRE, helps advance our awareness through his expansive network of clients and providing tons of leads on new articles. Thanks a TON, Dave!
Duke Long, the one-and-only, has been a supporter from day one. It began with a guest post on Duke's blog, one which continues to refer 100s of new visits every week. Duke is the straightest shooter in CRE and we've got big things planned together for 2013. Can't thank you enough, Duke.
Whether it is through our efforts or not, it is awesome to witness an increased interest in CRE technology. Seeing the country's top seed stage investors and startup accelerators make investments in new CRE technology like 42floors and Compstak, makes us confident the best is yet to come.
Here is to a great 2012 and an even better 2013!
