Can you describe your site?
Actovia is a subscription-based program for commercial real estate and finance professionals, and as well as deal syndicators,banks, analysts, and anyone who services commercial real estate owners with their services. Our deep and comprehensive data sets that include property financial and owner contact information serves as a lead generation and research tool. Our exclusive data and easy to navigate user interface makes us the go to site for anyone looking to feed their deal pipeline.
What problems are you solving for real estate professionals?
Real estate professionals are short on time and need to source new business on a regular basis. The vital information needed to procure deals is elusive, and fractured. Our understanding of commercial real estate, merged with a very intimate view of the pains associated with procuring new business, is what has driven us to create the go-to solution for real estate professional.
What is the latest news on your product?
In the past 12 months we have successfully rolled out a national CMBS platform, servicing the nationwide market. This is in addition to the NYC and NJ markets we have been servicing for a while. Last month we rolled out our new user interface, with great mapping features as well as full mobile access, giving our clients have the best data and information with cutting-edge technology.
What are your views on the current real estate tech sector?
We believe that there will be a slow down in the real estate industry as a natural cycle that happens every several years, and that our information will be especially vital when deals don't come as easy as they do in up cycles. Ultimately that will bring a more healthy and stabilized commercial real estate market. As rates rise the serious players remain and the risk takers Move on. We feel most comfortable servicing the people that understand good value.
What are your future plans?
Expanding to new markets is always a top priority, although we are very mindful of the Actovia brand of high quality data, so we won't rush to expand until we have done all the proprietary research on top of all automated aggregation, which is what sets Actovia apart and above the competition. Plans are in the works to expand to include NYC metro areas as well as adding key national cities over the next year or so. We continue to add new data & features, including updating our clients on weekly changes in the market, full owner profile reporting, news feeds to properties and much more.. Actovia is set to roll out a violations platform shortly, where the violations algorithm actually helps identify deal opportunities, an innovative angle to lead generation.
