Along with investments in popular web brands like Kickstarter (crowdfunding), Warby Parker (eyewear), Harry’s (razors), Spotify (streaming music), Whisper (anonymous social network), and Fiftythree (creative software for mobile), Thrive Capital has made it's way into the CRE tech scene with a $4 million investment in Honest Buildings and investments in Hightower42Floors and Urban Compass.

This Silicon Valley venture capital firm lives and breathes tech. Trinity Ventures is very active in the CRE tech scene with a large investment in Loopnet and View the Space, as well as investments in MyNewPlace, sold to RealPage and DotLoop.

Canaan Partners, a global VC firm, invests in people with visionary ideas; ones that result in new and innovative technologies. They made their CRE tech footprint by investing $4.4 million in Compstak, a database of thousands of unbiased commercial real estate comps.

Bessemer Venture Partners uses their expertise to mine industries that are ripe for disruption by startups, one of those being CRE tech. They've invested in revolutionary CRE tech sites like 42Floors and Hightower.
