Recently caught up with my good friend Jeff Finn at RealNex. I have known Jeff for many years and always been really impressed by his ability to really understand where markets are headed and to build products and solutions to meet market needs. It’s a pretty rare quality where so much of the business world is focused on the short term. His company, RealNex, has built one of the most comprehensive platforms in the CRE tech space. When I caught up recently with Jeff he was explaining to me how RealNex has built a complete CRE Tech solution that drives transactional efficiency from “Propose to Close”. They start with a commercial real estate specific CRM…a fully relational commercial property centric database and deal management system for tenant rep, leasing and investment sales. They include financial analysis – for investments and comparative lease – and a full marketing suite to create flyers, proposals and offering memorandums. They even run e-marketing campaigns to client’s private prospect lists or their proprietary database to drive traffic to hosted property listings and private and secure deal rooms. When I asked Jeff what’s next for RealNex, Jeff shared with me that there is a lot of new initiatives in the pipeline! Their new mobile app is really cutting edge. They are also expanding their platform to global markets. I would keep my eye on Jeff and RealNex, they have big plans and the track record that reflects they can execute on their big ideas!
