I am a huge, huge fan of Co-Working spaces. Have seen a lot of them. If I am ever looking for space again, I am definitely going that route. And if I was looking for space in Atlanta, I know where I would look first…SharedSpace. Michael Everts with serial entrepreneur and long time real estate leader, Dan Levison are doing some super cool stuff in the Co-Working sector. They totally get the entrepreneurial, startup, freelance, small business and satellite office mentality and have created a very unique model to meet their needs. From open area workstations to multi-person offices, they have built a uniquely designed space to help companies "network, hustle, and reach their full potential.” I love that! I also love their Content Marketing (https://sharedspaceatl.com/blog/). It’s smart, fun and helpful to read.
Atlanta is one of the cities that everyone keeps talking to me about. From my good buddy Turner Levison at CommissionTrac to the awesome Matthew Toner at CBRE Institute and friends Todd Ziegenmeyer and Jeff Gagnon at CRESA, it’s a city I need to get to know better. In fact, we are planning an event at CREtech.com in Atlanta next year as a result. And literally some of the nicest, coolest and most community-minded people I have had the pleasure of connecting with are from Atlanta. And the folks at SharedSpace are 100% reflective of that! Great folks to connect with!
