I toured the new VTS offices and we did a great sit down interview captured on a recent #TALKSHOP Live as well. Nick and Brandon are two of my favorite people in the CRE tech space and I consider them good friends. I have known them each for a few years and it’s really extraordinary to have followed their amazing progress. I also wrote about our meet-up on my blog.

One of the striking things about meeting with Nick and Brandon and seeing their offices is how they clearly have separated themselves from the pack of most of the other CRE start ups and they really now have the scale, the talent and the resources to continue to grow into something of a scale that only a few other companies have achieved in the real estate tech sector. And lastly, as I wrote about in my blog, it’s good to see that “good guys can finish first” and I wish them and all of VTS continued success.
