Isaacson, a veteran in the real estate and PropTech industries, will look to empower clients to create innovative cultures that embrace digitization and creativity through Big Data, PropTech, FinTech, ConTech and AI, among other emerging technologies and venture capital opportunities. Leading Ferguson Partners’ recruitment of next generation, tech-savvy leaders, she will identify and place board and C-suite roles including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Data Officers and other talented executives to further innovation within their organizations and meet the demands of the technology-powered global economy.

She was an early supporter of the PropTech sector and understands future trends at the intersection of real estate and technology, such as the demand for AI and predictive data analytic strategies. Additionally, she recognizes the need for global firms to align these technologies and processes with dynamic leadership to embed company-wide cultures of innovation and digital solutions that drive growth, increase operational efficiencies and mitigate risk.

Isaacson’s prior role in executive management for a Fortune 500 company focused on driving revenue growth through predictive analytics and technological initiatives. Isaacson serves as Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Global Exchange Council and as a Board Member for CREtech, a platform for thought leaders in the commercial real estate tech sector, among other industry organizations. She holds a Master of Education from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami and a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education in “Advanced Analytics: From Data to Insights.”
