As CEO of General Projects, Jacob leads on all thing’s vision and strategy, although he loves to get into the details when it comes to architecture and design. Over his career he has led the acquisition and development of over £1.5bn of real estate spanning over 2m square feet of mixed-use projects, winning a number of notable industry awards in the process. Prior to founding General Projects, Jacob was Head of UK at Resolution Property, a £3bn pan-European real estate private equity fund. 

Lucy Musgrave, Founding Director, Publica Associates:

Lucy Musgrave OBE is the founding director of Publica, a public realm consultancy that brings research and intelligence to the process of urban change. Over a 30-year career, Lucy has played a key advisory role in policy recommendations, strategic planning and the advocacy of design quality. Lucy has in-depth experience leading projects in the fields of public realm, planning, urban design and masterplanning, regeneration, infrastructure, cultural programming and environmental design. 

Adding to an esteemed group of C-Suite speakers, Lucy will take the stage with Sarah Ratcliffe on a panel, "Breathing Life Back Into Our Spaces, Places, and Cities: The Players Behind the Policies" while Jacob will join Smith Mordak in a session, "How the Gamechangers are Futureproofing the Built World."
