HALL Structured Finance is lending Pollock Realty Corporation $26 million to construct a 61-room hotel in Menlo Park, Calif., HSF announced today. The Park James Hotel will be constructed at 1400 El Camino Real, on the main thoroughfare that connects cities up and down the San Francisco peninsula.
